Yes! At Spark Wheel Works, using U.S.-made products is very important to our company ethos. There are numerous reasons and if you’d like to talk about those, shoot us an email and we’ll let you know. This doesn’t mean we feel products not made in the U.S. are inferior—by no means! We just try to support the U.S. market. If you’re a manufacturer—U..S.-based or otherwise—and would like us to consider selling your product, shoot us an email.
Due to the custom nature and high-priority on build quality, our wheels typically take 2-3 weeks to be delivered. If an item is not in stock with the manufacturer, we will contact you to discuss alternate parts options. Remember, some things in life are worth waiting for.
The Spark Wheel Works warranty program is pretty kick-ass. We call it the OnetoFive. Aside from the standard
warranties offered by the manufacturers of our parts and the warranty on our build, we also offer a service
warranty on the hubs. It’s our way of showing you that we feel loyalty goes both ways.
* All hub warranty service is limited to one hubset overhaul per calendar year.
Exclusions: 1. All shipping to and from Spark Wheel Works is under the obligation of the customer. 2. Spark Wheel
Works has the right to refuse the service warranty if at any point the product has been used beyond its
manufacturers intended purpose or any part of the wheel has been modified.

At the moment, we only sell wheels to customers based in the U.S.
Spark uses Fedex for all of its shipments and so we currently do not ship to PO boxes.
We only charge sales tax to customers with address in California. Sorry, dudes. Sorry, ladies.
